Shops United does not work with mandatory quotas. At the start of each new calendar year, the parcels you have sent during the previous year will be listed per carrier and you may be refunded a tiered scale payment * if you fell short of your prepaid fees.

* If your actual PostNL Letterbox parcel volume deviates from the specified volume at the end of the calendar year, we can retroactively adjust your rate.
